Good store with a great panorama on the 5th floor!
The top floor offers an impressive view of the city but otherwise a very average mall . I had higher expectations.
They have free toilets , if you need them on your trip to the city center.

The Capitole building is open to the public (on most days) and the art work inside is stunning. Best viewed with a guide to explain the historical context. The place (square) itself is quite animated. - Faris Samawi
