1 server for the entire place. Cooks and staff did their best to handle this while the useless manager, Preston, sat behind the counter and bragged about how his job is to keep it running smoothly

Took 35 minutes just to get shakes & another half hour to get our order, which was all wrong. Waitress never checked up on us to apologize for the wait. Horrible experience.

Price was right to feed a family. Fries were horrible. Servers were great. The manger on duty really should be demoted. She prompted me to call customer service for her rude behavior.

This place isn't exactly the cleanest... Found a hair in my food. And as I was leaving saw someone at the grill wipe their nose with the back of the glove. You've been warned.

Server just handed me a water over the partition instead of walking around. And my plate has dried cheese on it. Except my meal doesnt include cheese . I'm beginning to think Dirty D's is cleaner.

Bacon bleu burger is really good!

This place sucks at 2am, they don't have a dishwasher on the weekends and the employees like complaining about it to you.

I like the food but they have sucky service. At one time my friends and I waited for about 25min before our waitress came back and asked for our order and they weren't even busy!!

WORST service ever. Will never eat here again!
