Tiap Minggu pagi jadi area bebas kendaraan (car free). Taman kota , sebagai pusat kegiatan rekreatif masyarakat Jember.

Suka full di waktu weekend. Rame skali. Oh ya kalo mau parkir , kudu parkir di tempat yg bener ya, soalnya biasanya ada satpol pp keliaran 'ngusir' org yg parkir smbarangan hehehe
