Really the best option for snorkling (swim out to the rocky shore on the left/north), beautiful clear water and marine life , even baby sharks show up sometimes! Worth the 100THB fee!
Really the best beach on Koh Tao ! You buy full-day tickets for 100 THB, and you can exchange each for a drink (only one) or 1.5 l bottle of pure water. Masks & snorkels rent is expensive . Enjoy!
Opened at 8am, closed at 5pm (nobody will ask you to leave though). Make sure you keep your ticket if you go out for lunch (to prove you've bought one already when you return). Amazing snorkeling !
Perfectly hidden beach where you have to get by on dirty road ,especially after rain,but the view&crystal water are satisfying enough.There're corners for snorcheling,one restaurant&few cottages around
the only one beach in Koh Tao with deep water for swimming . Amazing snorkeling - corals on left and right sides of bay and sharks in the morning. Is closed after 5pm

Aow leuk II Perfect location for families with kids... Only few huts, reservation is a must at high season. Also good Thai food ! Try "no name" :)
Don't bring food and drinks from outside, and try not to get attacked by the old man who claims to own the beach . He punched me when he saw me with my water bottle.
Really heartbreaking how dirty it is. Plastic trashes on a beach , when you need pay for the entrance you suspect they care specially it was beautiful natural environment 2 years ago, not anymore
Ask for shake with spirits (chocolate with rhum or malbu; also coconut songserm!)

Пляж как попадешь! Иногда классные волны на которых можно покататься, а иногда кристально чистая вода в которой плавает светящаяся желеобразная каракатица. Единственное место где холодная после 14:00
La mejor playa de Koh Tao. El restaurante (izq) es muy barato , buena comida, batidos riquísimos y buen servicio ! ¿Lo mejor? Las vistas ????????????
Здесь очень красивый пляж , приветливые хозяева, пафосных домиков нет, но достаточно уютно и по разумным ценам . 1300 руб. за домик в день.
Не отрывайтесь от вида на море даже в самом интимном месте - в туалете)

Был здесь сегодня 02.11.2014 в 3 часа дня. Может из за того что воскресенье - бегал нервный дед, никого на территорию не пускал, крыл всех приезжающих хуями на тайском. Попробую в другой раз.
Вход 100 бат, снорк не плохой. Бывают волны. Сам пляж довольно грязный - убирают плохо
Песок есть, а пляжа нет. Только для дайверов, может быть
Кораллы выше среднего по острову . Но жутко грязно, на берегу мусор, в воде мусор.
Went to the viewpoint and then to freedom beach. Have to pay 100 baht but still work it. Nice restaurant on the beach that plays Bob Marley all time. Pricey but high quality. Great day out. - Mateo Padilla

Awesome Sport for schnorkel. Very clear water and some crazy coloured fishes all around. We risked our life on a quad to reach this beautiful place. Worth it! - David Schoenfeld
Beautiful spot for diving and snorkelling. There are big schools of fishes to be found near the shore and if you’re lucky you can even spot baby sharks and water turtles. - Simon Opsomer
