I love this store... the staff is wonderful & so kind!..it can be a wait if you don't have an appointment, but plenty of places to spend your time & money!! Smile & enjoy yourself, I did!!

The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable . Even when the store is busy, I've been greeted promptly and helped without having to wait more than a few minutes.

Make sure to make an appointment for the genius bar before you go to the Apple Store. You want to make sure you get your computer fixed before you bring it in!

Never have left this store satisfied. Which is surprising because I have had some great service. I always get stuck with the one "genius" who can't seem to help me.

Apple has an iPod recycling program where they will give you 10% off your next iPod if you recycle an old (non-shuffle) one. This is perfect if you have an old brick lying around!

Don't forget to schedule your appointment online with the Genius Bar before arriving. Saves ya a lot of time.

I seem to have the same problem at the Genius Bar . I am more of an apple genius than the poor guy I get stuck with.

Very disappointed. Zoo ! Noisy ! Make appt,, then wait and wait and wait. Employees look like homeless ppl, not professional. They huddle around in groups of 3 while customers sit and wait. Management?
