Helpful staff . Can be very bz at times so best to come in the mornings on weekday if u like to avoid crowds

Love the service here. Staff is friendly and helpful. You can even leave your phone to charge for free, regardless of whether you are a maxis customer or not.

Lousy center. Only 2 staffs are serving at enquiry booth , for ALL kind of purposes: enquire for phone model (go see online lah!), phone issue, telco issues, bills, ticket counter, EVERYTHING. Srsly

Never had good experience here.Took trouble to come change my subscription plan & was only told about "system offline" after Q to take no. & waited.Told me to come back or call to get it done. Pissed!

..'if your issue never resolve by callin' their helpline..i reckon to go straight away to their center..to fixed up your issue..trust me..it's really work'????

Bring your ID/Passport if you want to buy new Hotlink SIM card. Or you have to make another trip!

Incredibly slow. In any case, about RM38 will get you a PAYG SIM card and a month of 1GB Internet service.

Should open more counters. But staffs who helped me were excellent! Very friendly n helpful. Really made parting w/ my $ easier.

Staff here take a lot of sh*t from customers. Not that they are not good just that maxis is always screwing up the billing. I got overcharged many many many times. I'm trying to not lose temper.

Came here to look for phone. The sales person in charge for BB doesn't seems like interested in servicing me. I went to the iphone area nobody care to bother me. Disappointed, end up I walk away.
