The staff is really polite and well train . Not to forget the room is very clean and comfortable . The price is also reasonable. They improve quite lots. I give 8/10 * for the service and facilities.

I think the management didn't train their staff at all.guest name spelling errors,staff don't have any idea when we asking,guest parking fee is not covered.toiletries is sucks..1st time & ever..

Just average. New hotel BUT they did not maintenance it properly. The room's walls found yellowish. U can hear rooms above u flush their toilet and the water flow down sound.

Once they flush, ur whole toilet will smell shit. And no window in their standard room. When ask is it possible to change since still have plenty of empty rooms, but they do not allowed

Receptionist didnt well trained and hotel without information. When ask what is the taxi 's no they said they do not have any record

Workers with no attitude! Seen receptionist not answering a few calls!

Worse service hotel ever! Moved our luggage to other room without informing us!
