Suitable for family and barkada trips, the hotel sits on one of the coldest part of Baguio. Stayed here 3 times already, food is great, accommodating and helpful staffs . Well maintained facility.

I love this place as much as I love Camp John Hay Private Residences w/c is for me is the Ph Little Maryland. ???? Azalea is a traditional hotel but gives you warmth of a home.

My family got the chance to stay at this hotel , rooms are spacious and my family really enjoyed all the amenities , my daughter loved the swings and slides, staff are so accommodating

The staffs are very corteous and accomodating. The rooms are clean and spacious . Breakfast buffet is great! Inquire about their vacation club. It's well worth the money!

Deluxe room looks live a liveable condo ! Everything's nice except rooms got no aircon. What you get is a ceiling fan. While it's okay generally, sometimes you would need to avoid the comforter haha.

Not the best cuisine, but the breakfast buffets really good. Hits for me are the staple longgansa (can anybody tell me where to get these?!) and the bacon . And that waldorf salad . Simple but goood.

Azalea is over rated in certain aspects. What is disappointing is the room I stayed has roaches in the living & comfort room and was surprise to see it again during Buffet breakfast !

Room amenities are good. Wifi is unstable for some rooms though, pick rooms with good reception.

Even their deluxe room is still at its best. Big discount is offered on weekdays, esp. when you book on-line.

Got a 2br suite pretty neat new n slick. But nt really impress just 3stars for me. Slow internet. Tradisyon resto food sucks. Orderd karekare n bagnet fail.

Poor basic service. We booked & paid for a suite in advance so we expected that basics were available. Rooms too dark, they couldn't provide lamps. 3 TVS with 1 remote. No hand towels. Dirty floors.
