Staff is par excellence. Property poorly maintained. I was in room number 318, who was stinking.

Everything is good but nothing worth mentioning type of hotel .
The 1st time I stayed here I simply loved everything in here...but dis time I came for a dinner n I regret all d way...the staffs were below average....
Non-smoking room smelled like ashtray. Hair of every length on sheets, sink, tub and toilet . Crumbs all over carpet. Decrepit fixtures. Leela and ITC are 5stars, so this cannot be more than 3.
