Do the catacombs. You can only go all the way through (the catacombs) if you're Muslim . Otherwise it's mostly an ancient bazaar selling tourist knickknacks and a wall to wall at. Fun to walk around.

Amazing. We got a tour guide. Well worth it. We walked 5 miles for 5 hours and learned so much! Walled cities are amazing.

Everything is negotiable. If fist time here and no map, use Jaffa Gate and get one at tourist office . "Streets" may look more like flea market alleys and have stairs.

Try the walk on the sorrounding wall. Start from Jaffa Gate and basically return there at the end.

Отель new imperial hotel расположен в старом городе прямо у Яффских ворот в Христианском квартале, в здании 19 века . Удивительный колорит , вечером просто волшебно.

Если надо найти христианский квартал(а точнее сам храм ),зайдите на рынок по левую сторону от Яффских ворот ,потом сверните налево на христианскую улицу,а потом направо будет уходить улочка вниз к храму
