Stay at the Level.. you can use their comfi lounge and they have cocktail afternoon for free (food, wine , softdrink, liquor and fruits ).. free wifi all area.. staf are great.. never dissapointed..

Love this hotel in KL always stay now on The Level comfy bed have pillow service can choose the type of pillow you want and always clean rooms . The air con is ok but for me never cold enough but ok.

I was very happy the service I was given an upgrade to The Level the room was great the bed was like sleeping on clouds room was very clean and nice. Unfortunately did not get to use the Level lounge .

Most recomended hotel .. i love to stay here mostly is mu first choice when comes to kl but then they shud check up the aircorn service and toilet host other than that satisfied

I stayed at The Level and my room was so big and very comfortable to sleep. I got free wifi for 3 days instead I just stayed for 2 days. I got 2 username so I can use it on my both 4 devices.

Their rooms are clean with new furniture .. it has big and wide windows ???????? their bathroom is a bit small.. the staff are not well trained and ignorant ????

Jln Imbi station in front. Berjaya Times Sq (food & shopping) opp. Small eateries next to it. Walking dist to Bkt Bintang & Jln Alor (food street @ nite). There are quirks & could be better.

Get any room no xx01-xx08, and have a nice view of Berjaya Times Square .

I was staying at The Level.. its not much different with the premium rooms. The hotel need a better improvement hospitality wise. Internet connection is out of a question. Though Nice location.

Very strategic location for sightseeing in Bukit Bintang Area.

Very ideal location unfortunately htl not very well manage.rooms n bed are comfy but no slipper provided and flooring r cold wifi is bad, tv only local channel. Breakfast is good and staffs r friendly

Comfy but small bed, toilet is ok but shower too slow, but the location is tiptop. If u guys want internet, don't bother bout the wifi , get ur prepaid broadband from outside the hotel .

Bellboy doesn't have the initiative to get a key from the front desk to get the luggage at the room while guest already waits at the lobby.

That messed up moment when the restaurant runs out of tabasco . Yes!!! They've run out of it! OMG!!!!!!

Got kicked out of the hotel just because i slept on their couch at 7 am. Well , i came in early, was it my fault that they didnt have any rooms available?

50RM for 24hrs WiFi unless staying on the superior floors is a rip-off. Go to the opposite mall or next-door Starbucks. Otherwise a nice place though.

Never pay for the Internet access here! It cost you RM58 with real bad connection and their connection can Max-Out and they can't do anything about it.Go to Starbucks instead!They will ruin your mood.
