Even less space than the old one , most of which is hogged by students
New store is all shiny and pretty, but the atmosphere and efficiency are no where near the standards of the old one . Certainly wasn't like this in my day when we worked there.
Nice place to have a frapuccino . There's some seats outside for hot days.

Appallingly slow!!! Go to the Christ 's Lane or Market Square branches for much friendlier and faster service!!
