2016年 夏にリニューアルオープン 。 取り扱い商品を拡大して、アニメ関連の フィギュア、グッズ、ブルーレイ、ゲーム、鉄道模型、プラモデル 、古着 など、オタク層を狙った品 揃えに変更。 その分、専門書籍 などは縮小されている
ブックオフの 中では売り場面積が広い。新書からコミックまで。 ただ、OPAの 中にあるので、直通エレベーターで行くの が良いかも
品 揃えは京都最大級との 触れ込みだけあってそれなりには充実しています。なにぶん古本屋 なのであまり期待せずに遊びの 帰りに立ち寄るくらいの 感覚で行くの がよろしいかと。店舗面積に占めるゲーム・CDの 割合が高いです。ブックオフには珍しく18禁コーナーもありました。
クレカ、交通系IC、電子マネー支払い可。スマホQR決済はたぶんまだ無理。
CDワゴンは280円・500円の ものも入れてあるので注意
