Sensacional! The owner, Filippo, taught us some important information about the Parmeggiano Regiano cheese and about the famous hams of Parma, witch were ????! Much better than downtow restaurants !
Excellent Italian "nouvelle cuisine", different but very tasty. Professional service with plenty of knowledge !

Da provare gli antipasti , i primi e i secondi di pesce ...fantastici...raffinati...ottimi... Cantina infinita di vini : da non perdere spumanti e champagne di tutti i tipi.
Semplicemente il miglior #Ristorante di #Parma da almeno 30 anni. Un'assoluta certezza.
Cibo raffinato, il contesto un po' troppo retro' purtroppo...ci sarebbe da rinnovare il locale per renderlo al pari del costo !
