First new Starbucks in Bulgaria in a few years, finally one with enough space and outlets for all! Also they finally worked out their internet issues!
The new location is great, the staff is incredibly slow, hygiene of the location in not really good. I've waited more than 10 mins.

The big Q here is Costa or Starbucks? Costa is a happier place, the the coffee is stronger, at Starbucks the staff looks slaveish and delressed and the place is dirtier

Probably same price to the UK, i.e. expensive for Bulgaria . The service is slow because there’re only 2 staff at any time, one taking order and one serving. They could do with one more staff !

Lousy staff , orders are always wrong. Staff veryyyyy slow, do not know sh...t about coffee making. The place is filthy all the time. Such a shame... because I like the franchise. Very disappointed :(

Изключително шумно. Освен хорска глъч, непрекъснато блъскане. Просторно, окей. Уж всяка маса с контакт за зареждане, но половината не работят?! Напитките с по 2 пръста надолу от ръба на чашата.

Обслужването е мудно и леко незаинтересовано. Локацията е отлична, но интериорът - не съвсем.

It's still one of the most viseted malls in Sofia. There are few shops left which are worth to visit (Benetton, Sisley, Espirt, HM, Gianni). The set-up is still friendly. - Vicky
