I told reception the guy disappeared so to check my internet once again but they didn't.. Even if it is working, they don't allow you to use the internet by mobile devices.

Top service, view , quality

Wifi connection was not working and at least we complained to the duty manager then someone brought a router to connect into the room but it was not working too so he left a cable then disappeared.

Rooms are really really really bad.. I stayed in regency two weeks ago and it much better than this freaking hostel (I can not call this as a hotel ) with a half price. It was nightmare..

Good service , great lounge .

Worst 5 str hotel I have ever seen. There were insects in the room. The sink in the bathroom was full of water because it was chokep up and I called housekeeping 2 times they didn't come.

Calme & chic

Called the reception to check the bathroom but they didn't care. Lobby service is freaking poor. Even the room service .... I asked them 5 times to bring me some drinks.

This hotel has incredibly poor service! Rooms that smell in part and staff that is unbelievably ignorant!

Hoewel Indoor pool not allowed for kids, outdoor pool is way too cold. Avoid in the colder season...
