Pretty much just serve different types of Hu Tieu — pick your noodle type, whether you want broth or no broth, and then your meat (pork bone , the special, or the typical squid shrimp and pork ).

My favorite is the hu tieu kho! Was back to visit two years ago and tried this place for the first time then. Came back this year and decided to stop by to satisfy my cravings!!
