The theory is you must have one of the burgers with your bowl of ono saimin. Trust the theory! I just did and it was the perfect combination. Happiness!

The noodles for their saimin are more like linguine than spaghetti - flat in shape, not rounded. The nice chew is just right with their saimin broth. ESPECIALLY on a rainy day.

Wonton mein always makes me feel better. And I always have it with a cheeseburger deluxe - no regrets.

A local institution for saimin and a must stop if you're in or passing through Wahiawa. Noodles are handmade . It is ono!

For vegetarians : the vegetarian saimin comes with kamaboko (fish cake ). Order it without.

Great Saimin but you gotta try the Hamburger Steak , it's da bomb..
