It’s really touristy and while still has a lot of the Sri Lankan style, it also has a lot of westernized places. The walk via the railway tracks to the 9 arch bridge is definitely the best to do.

Perfect place to chill out during longer trip to Sri Lanka, I recomend going to tea factory , some climbing and lunch at Curd & Honey Shop is a must

Small town with great surroundings but many tourists . Try to find some local rice and curry bistro - it can be dirty , but veg curry is delicious and portions are huge for 150LKR!

This is a place which roads are divided into several direction.( Nuwara eliya, Walimada, colombo and Southern part Ruhuna)

Great places for trip. You need try to Ajurveda.

Not far from Ella you can go by train to Haputale. There not so crowded, prices are low! Недалеко от Эллы есть город Хапутале - там менее людно, цены ниже, а горы и плантации такой же красоты!

Милый маленький городок с кучей достопримечательностей поблизости. Очень порадовало кол-во разных кофешек. Было довольно много туристов ...)

Небольшой город в горах на высоте 1060 метров. Вечером и ночью - прохладно. Потрясающая природа , реки , водопады , восхождение на Ella Rock займет около 3 часов, но это того стоит.
