My first time here and I LOVE Bangkok Airways ! All people can come in, not like the traditional lounge only for biz/first/gold. This lounge is filled with simple good food and happiness.

Free lounge access for all passengers, free wifi , snacks , coffee and drinks are available here. PG staffs are very nice. These are the reason for choosing Bangkok Air over TG.

Nice lounge offered complimentary to all Bangkok Airways passengers. Hot and cold non-alcoholic drinks including sweet and savoury snacks are available. Won't replace a meal & seating is limited.

Free wifi . A lot of snack choices, but only apple cinnamon taste good. The coffee choices are : cappucino , latte , mocha , espresso , black coffee and they have hot chocolate as well 

When presenting your boarding pass ask for the username of the free Internet station. It will save you going back a second time. You can also ask for the wifi username and password at the same time :)

Has good seating and wifi access. If you are flying Bangkok Air , you can go in. The food and drinks are best avoided. I'd rather the flights cost less than they provide this lounge access.

Free lounge for all passengers on Bangkok Airways . Also, the tea is so sweets it's essentially diabetes in a cup.

American Express Platinum Card will not let you in the business lounge , as only cards that are Thai issued. Great customer service AmEx and Bangkok Airways .

Not a bad lounge but can get crowded . If you get the chance and have access to other lounges , go to those instead.

It's really nice, but I wish there were more power outlets other than the one or two near the computer stations where you have to stand off to the side.

You should try some sticky rices with banana it awesome.

It's for free when you go with Bangkok Air . Good service and Internet is free too.
