not bad! new orleans-vietnamese fusion sounds a bit strange (the chef lived there for many years), but the satay noodle soup is GOOD
Good pho bowls and some adventurous fusion (crawfish fried rice is a go)
Thw vermicelli bowl and spring shrimp rolls are to die for...
Laotian red curry was great.
Wok tossed beef is tasty, fresh coconut water & tomato fried rice are delish too.
The satay noodle soup is unreal. Eat it.
Haven't had a bad dish yet!
