Lovely 17th century inn with exposed timbers and wood panelling . Great real ales .
Very friendly ... Much more welcoming than the sandwich shop up the road .
Free (if intermittent) wifi .
One of the few places in Cambridge to offer sweet potato fries . Food otherwise nothing special: cheap , chain food. Not good pub fare so to speak.

The largest fish I have ever seen in a fish and chips, which slightly varies in size every time you order it. The steak burger is cooked to perfection each time and what a proper burger should be. - Ben Taylor
