Venue, location and facilities are great. The garden is so large and enjoyable. Food served outside. But they must be enjoying their monopoly as service is too slow and prices are comparably higher.
Half an hour wait for the world's smallest portion of chips . However the beer garden looks like it would be lovely in the summer
Awful customer service. It took 25 minutes to get a pint and a coke . Still it's the perfect place in Croydon to chill in the weekends.

They never learn. Not even a slight improvement. Customer service is awful. Staff look like they rather be dead than working there.
