Buxton is a quiet little village located on North Carolina's Outer Banks (OBX). Buxton is well known for two things, the Cape Hatteras Lighthouse and one of the nation's finest surf fishing spots called "The Point" by local anglers.

Do not attempt to drive on the beach without 4WD! The sand is very deep in Buxton. Lots of 4WDs get stuck because they didnt let air out of their tires . Run at 18-20 psi.
