The Signature Steam Fish . 白鲳鱼. Very fresh and tender fish . Cooked with lots of garlic and some cooking liquor . Slight spiciness to elevate the flavor of the fish .
Nyonya Lady Finger. A Very appetizing dish. Slightly too spice for us. A good dish to go down with rice .
Special Signature Toufu! Very smooth and soft! The minced meat are nicely seasoned as well .
