Hoian noodles were better elsewhere. You'll need to add sauce. Wontons here are large. Menu has local cuisine and western. Can order tofu dessert from down the way and eat here

Service slow and without smiles. Food pretty so-so. Pretty much like a midrange restaurant you'd find anywhere in the world.
