New and multi purpose cultural place with charming architecture based on renewing an old house. 2 (indoor and outdoor) cafe plus a well decorated book shop. Good quality of food and drinks.

Decoration is perfect????????????everything is excellent here????????????????coffee by siphon is good and the caramel peanut cake is tasty????????????????absolutly,I suggest here to every one????????????

The atmosphere is really nice, the drinks are quite refreshing especially the ginger lemonade . The menu is always incomplete and they always have a few things missing. The burger wasn’t good at all.

i have tasted once americano and cake here which was soso this time i have tried amin nom salad or sth like that with it’s rayzan cheese burger which both were awesome ???????????????????????? 7/10

I really hate the taste of my dish which was chocolate toast with an white egg on it???? my friend didn't like the Turkish breakfast either.By the way the book store is really nice.

Totally pleasant atmosphere . Sometimes its over crowded and takes too much time (~45') to get a table. However there are limited options on the menu, items mostly are delicious.

The environment is truly a 9/10! The cafe : quality, tastes, service and prices are a NO! It’s a semi-open space but with all this, it had too many flies and lizards. Bookstore = good-for-nothing

We ate at the ground floor. Inside looked modern & welcoming. One of the staff was so cool & the other not so cool. They didn’t serve half of items in the menu. Such a waste of space. Hope2 c a change

A lovely collection of lovely things. The café is good. The books and stationery stuff are eye catching. You could spend hours in there having enjoyed your time.

I ordered a v60 coffee and enjoyed it at a beautiful venue with lovely architecture . You can also visit the beautiful bookstore and cultural features of the building.

The pasta ???? part one: after waiting for a quarter to get our two person seat in the corners we’ve ordered a two pasta for me and my date. So we’ve waiting for about and hour and half to get only one

I wasn't a big fan of the bookstore I mean book cities are much better. But the food was actually good we had the salad they said and it was good. The pasta was great! And the soufle was good. Good!!

The weather was sooooo cold ???? actually it didn't have any appropriate warming system but the atmosphere was lovely ???? ????????

The interior design is good with lots of daylight. I had sth like a cheeseburger , it was dry but good. The prices are ok for that neighbourhood but not worth what you eat and drink.

I had French press coffee which doesn’t have a very good quality. the taste was a bit sour. Loved the area. Staff was ok but I know that they can do much better than it ????????

Hidden gem in Tehran, wonderful atmosphere.

A lie having wifi !I arranged a meeting suggesting this place 2 my foreign coworkers now telling us that the it is only 4management.When I complained they said wifi is not a necessity but an adds on!

They didn’t have dinner and they didn’t notify me in the entrance, their service is very very unprofessional and the quality of the drinks ain’t good. I won’t go there anymore.

Beautiful environment both inside and outside. Terrible coffee quality. Waiters were completely illiterate about their job. Their cutlery was not clean ! This place is a no no for coffee people.

The prices are unreasonably high.
