Nice equipment. Good radio stations . Decent people and good staff . Sauna and coffee machine are perfect for winters.
It is polite to wait for the previous trainers have come out of the gym after exercise. It is pointless and annoying to barge inside! (After BodyCombat, BodyPump , BodyBalance etc.)
Try the Twister High Protein Shake after workout. Only 2.80e and tastes excellent.
Don't forget to bring clean underwear!
