Very nice hotel to stay at and there's plenty to do in the summer too. Hot air balloons, hover boards and so much more.

Onsen doesn't open until 3pm. Plan accordingly if you want to grab an onsen before the trip home.

Note: the service during fuji rock is limited, just changing towels and picking up garbages. No clean up.

Worst service ever. No working air conditioning during hot humid weather. Not once did they clean room . Convenient for Fuji Rock but terrible service. Just a heads up!

10 minute walk into town for amazing local food and sake!

スキー ブームの頃は予約も取れない憧れのホテル だったのに、今となっては老朽化が酷く中国人とマナーの悪いガキどもだらけで、ゲレンデ直結だけが売りの超割高ホテル

スキー やボードのワクシングは6号棟フロント近くにあります。ドライバー やレンチは4号館レンタル ショップ付近にあります。

赤湯方面に行くには、ここの駐車場 を通ると便利

6号館ロビー前などのロッカーは大型でかつ 100円(場所によっては500,600円があるので注意)

増床もあるせいか、慣れないと迷路です(笑)　窓側から埋まりますが、道路 側でも十分とは思いますが(^_^;)

大浴場 が。。。キャパにしては狭いですね。。。

かなり大きなホテル ですがだいぶ古くなって来てます。

日帰り施設にある苗場温泉 は露天 と内湯があり、外来でも宿泊者でも500円。タオルとバスタオルのセットが200円でレンタル できる。スキー 靴 でもギリギリ下駄箱に入る。ボディソープ、シャンプー とリンスはついてる。

アゼリアはビュッフェで美味しいです。

大浴場 狭いので、苗場温泉 に行くのをおすすめする
