You pay for the beach . It's quiet and a walk or short trike to the action. The rooms are clean and simple. The service is excellent. Breakfast included in the room rate.
Quieter than most parts of Boracay, not as luxurious as other station 1 resorts , but has the same nice station 1 beachfront at a much better price. Nice place.
Highly recommended cheap alternative for a place to stay in station 1. It's really infront of the beach and they have their own beach beds. Staffs are friendly & service is really good as well .

The hotel is situated in a nice, peaceful and quiet location . The rooms are clean and spacious . However, the warmth of the staff could have completed our stay.
