Try the new first/business class lounge downstairs. Very nice! But the Star Alliance gold is still the old biz class lounge upstairs.

The new lounge downstairs (escalator is under the one for the old lounge ) is not crowded and quite nice. No meal service, but you're not missing much there anyway. Gold card holders still upstairs.

If u found this domestic lounge (4 th floor just beyond security) was packed, just walk toward ur gate, there r several CA(*A) lounges near gate C51, C59, etc

Show your first class ticket and get a free buggy ride to your gate. This is a huge airport - could be up to a 15 min walk.

Try the indoor lounge in the basement . Less of the nouveau riche factor. You still get tea eggs for breakfast tho

It don't cast that money for this service. Connecting in first class lounge only with passport . i spend half hour for connecting . If you wanna drink , you can choose cola or cofe and cold sandwich

The only decent food is the fresh fruit . And no liquor except for Chinese beer and cheap ass wine .

Free Internet is ver unstable was not able to login again after the signal was lost. The service is newly implemented the last couple of months. Sad service for one of the "best" airports
