The motto for Eric Banh's Ba Bar is street food and cold drink. The latter is now in the hands of Fairness Peck, the bar manager. Sample Peck's talents at the daily happy hour from 3 to 7 p.m.
Waited for about 20 minutes but it was worth it. The inside is super great and the wait staff was friendly . I had the dumplings as an appetizer and got the catfish noodle bowl .
Their pastry is wonderful! Weekend cronut is a must try. Mango flavor is my fav. Macaroons are decent too
you get exactly what you pay for here. They’re known to be on bit of pricey side, but everything is so good — pho , noodle dishes , rice dishes, and best egg rolls ! High-quality ingredients.
Amazin vietnamese cuisine . Dishes come in a very authentic way. And the spices and taste is very good. We tried the bun cha ha noi and the steamed rolls to prep yourself. Anytime again!
Original cocktails : didn't regret trying Señor Fluffy Pants, paired well with the pâté chaud , fried frog legs , and imperial rolls . Excellent "trip" to Saigon for a Vietnamese French culinary melange
The Pho Tai Oxtail is a shining star and not to be missed. The spicy chicken wings are excellent and the frog legs are marvelous. They also have a stellar cocktail menu .
Ba Bar evokes a modern update of a 60s French colonial officers club outfitted with a bakery , disco ball and orchids. Street food-inspired menu offers fresh bun bowls, pho , dumplings and cocktails . Read more
Best pho I've had in Seattle. The oxtail is rich and incredibly delicious. The bánh cuôn (only available on weekends) is also amazing!
The rotisserie pork belly with bahn boi and a fried egg was one of the best meals I've had.
Very pleasing aesthetic, beautiful dining room and impressive bar . Five dollar Moscow mules on Sunday nights, and oxtail soup done right on the mainland. I am impressed, to say the least.
I love the food here, but on our most recent visit, the health rating was Okay (one step above the lowest rating), which I’ve only seen at sketchy spots, not nice sit-down places! Hope they fix that!
The steak frites is one of the best steak deals in town . Not what you'd expect, I know, but that's what makes it great.
The oxtail pho is good. Really good. But everyone knows and gets it. The chicken congee though is a worthy alternative and a must try.
The oxtail pho is amazing! Deep broth flavor with meaty bones!
The chicken pho was the best I've ever had. This place is hip , yet authentic . Love it!
Delicious Vietnamese street food dishes in a cute setting. Try the spicy pork belly , halibut collar, and Pate Chaud (with a fried egg on top!)
Halibut Collar isn't the prettiest dish but its really tasty! Succulent halibut from nooks & crannies of the fish you may not have tried, $9 on Happy Hour ! Wash it down with $4 beers + $6 cocktails !
Out for a walk and want to chill with good friends then try the Moscow mule cocktail served in a copper mug. Try their grilled sewers.
Nice cocktail . Interesting fusion Vietnamese food . Good for friends' hang out.
Man, try it all! Fresh rolls are delicious. Everything here is good!
Ba Bar is now using hand made noodles for their pho . This may have something to do with Dong Thap opening up down the street, but I have to rely on the old adage: if it ain't broken, don't fix it.
Fresh and delicious. Wrap and eat and ask for extra mint .
Lots of gluten free options . Great late-night dinner option. The waiting area can be maddeningly chaotic at peak times though.
Pâté Chaud is the best. Make sure you get the egg and gravy for it as well !
I’m from SF and have had a lot of pho but this place is hands down the best pho I’ve ever had!
Small, intimate bar area with unique cocktails and, of course, excellent food.
Great food and good environment. Any Vermicelli plate is tasty and cocktails are very good.
Excellent pho , great cocktails , great background music , wonderfully relaxed atmosphere !
Authentic Vietnamese food with very nice ambience. Service is a little slow, so you need to budget out time.
The Pâté Chaud & the Pork Belly Congee on the breakfast menu sound delicious.
can't go wrong with the vermicelli noodle bowl, yums!
Vegetarian dishes are sparse but they are delusions! Vegetarian vermicelli is to die for!
Amazing Pho-French fusion. Try the duck confit with mushrooms and ramen . Awesome.
Great food at a good value and a really good space. However, The service is routinely abysmal so don't go if you're in a rush
Carbo-load with classics like biscuits & gravy , or Asian-style Congee/noodle dishes. Read more
I got the chicken wings to start and the Rockfish, both were amazing.
Sài Gòn Chicken Wings , and the classics rotisserie chicken . Cocktails are amazing.
Homage to street food from Saigon childhoods paired with original cocktails .
Amazing food - best peanut sauce ever!
On Saturday and Sunday, there's an old man that comes in and makes the best Banh Cuon I've ever had.
Late night eats! Kitchen open until 1:30am Sunday thru Thursday (even later on Fri+Sat)
You MUST get the Leah Mariia cocktail !!! It's sooooo good!
Try the combo if you can't choose which protein to go with! You sample a lot!
Very good Pho ; nice place to eat late at night
Open late , even on a Sunday night when the rest of the city is ????
You should def try the Chicken Congee it comes with a Chinese donut
Amazing cream puff pastry !
Get the Bánh cuốn during the weekends. You're welcome ;)
Chicken wing , bun bo hue , com tam are spot on
Nice food and cool cocktail here. Love the coconut one. Remember to make reservation since this place is popular. - Mingfei Yan
Highly recommend the chicken and bbq sandwiches but, honestly, everything here is worth a try. - Jack Reeves
The Canon Manhattan was a great cocktail. Such an extensive whiskey selection, and the bottles make for very pretty decor. Great stop for a date. - Caroline Schulweis
If you are up to share some food, the sampler is definitely a great choice. Dessert, two words: strawberry shortcake. 'nuff said. - Eyas Sharaiha
Great taste. My favorites are earl gray, stumptown coffee and honey lavender. - Silvia Adriana
