I've been coming here for 6 or so years. Even after moving to Texas, coffee cartel is a must stop on our trips back. The Green Tea Boba is killer. Try it and let the addiction begin. ????

Been coming here for the past 10 years. The service is just shit now. 2 of 3 breakfast sandwiches screwed up. Staff doesn't even acknowlegde you while waiting in line . Starbuck is down the street.

Some of the people here are rude. But the noise level usually stays low, which makes it a good place to study.
