My first time at Kotobuki and I enjoyed the food very much. Only a 15 minute wait for a table on a Friday night, so I'm guessing the gods were with us. ;-)

The freshest, most amazing sushi I've had anywhere in the U.S. They do take out , and you better believe that it's a better option than waiting 90 minutes for a table on a Friday night.

They don't take reservations and the wait can be super long but the food is well worth it.

We realized at home that they did not give us the salads and soups that typically come with the items if you dine-in. They said that these additions don't come with take out orders, same price.
