Absolutely beautiful. The project is fantastic, allow yourself some time to take it all in. I was lucky enough to be there (by accident) when manic street preachers performed .
Everything is just great here! Gardens to die for little books and crannies and great selection of lunches and snacks and hot and cold food. Decent coffee too! Great for nature lovers :)
This place is a must for anyone with little children, and all those adults who are kids at heart, the events they put on during the year are super and their Christmas was nothing short of spectacular
Fantastic place. Great story in the building of this project. And just good fun to ‘travel’ the world via the biomes and smell the smells of Indonesian jungles and Italian fields .
Amazing for the kids. So much to do and just at the end of the biodome a little bar for the parents to enjoy a cheeky rum cocktail !
A must visit attraction in South West England. The bio domes are so interesting and educational .
Gustav Graves's diamond mine in Die Another Day (2002) was shot inside the rainforest biome at the Eden Project. These included Jinx rappelling from the roof and James Bond running down the outside. Read more
Plan to spend all day here exploring. Food is a good value . Very educational and relaxing. Each pass is good for a year.
A unique but expensive experience. Imagine Disneyland remixed by Greenpeace. Take the bridge from The Core back to the Visitor Centre if you're tired at the end of the day.
Lovely day out I have a locals free 2 year annual entry so thats worth getting if you live in Cornwall! Beautiful gardens and biomes great food!
Great cafe serving healthy meals and snack . A refreshing change from most tourist attractions . Take water into the rainforest biodome .
The Eden Café , great coffee and cookies . They are very slow. If they organised it better like: one taking the order and payment, one making coffee and one doing the cookies+serving. Still great place.
Great food options, not cheap but not extortionate either. Rainforest biome is great but be prepared to sweat a lot walking round it. Can recommend the Med' biome to cool down and relax in after.
Jan/Feb they usually run a promotion to get cheap tickets if you can prove residence in Devon or Cornwall. Well worth it. Kids like going on the bendy bus . Wear layers so you don't get too hot!
Went init's 1st year - must make another trip soon I think - Tim Smitt has been a very clever man with this venture - I like the website showing the recycled items, as well as home grown goods..
You can actually leave your coat/jacket in the cloakroom before exploring the rain forest biome which is usually very warm.
Quite stunning but it's full of kids and parents. Not exactly a quite and calm day out. Rainforest Biome is HOT and very humid - take water! Free P&R Banana or Plum car park are closest.
For the most relaxing concert experience grab a picnic blanket and chill out on the grass bank at back of the arena. Alternatively, get down the front and sing-a-long like your life depends on it! Read more
Good day out, particularly if the weather isn't great. The rainforest is by far the best bit but can be very crowded and may even be closed on a hot day!
Nice day out on a wetter day as you can stay inside for hours. 2 tips- bring a picnic (no one minds and food isn't cheap ) and most important DO NOT come in half term- bit manic
Highly recommended. If you can transform a deserted clay pit 'Moonscape' into something this lush, it is easy to understand how we will live on other planets one day!
So much to do here, you'd struggle to fit it into one day! Biomes are a must and The Core does its best to educate you on life and the world.
Amazing science and natural project. Looks like entering into a real and eco-sustainable #JurassicPark.
Fantastic place. Little disappointed about with the coffee shop is closing to early 4pm.
If you are using a year pass (or borrowing one), make sure you know your postcode, they are shit hot checking you when you come in!
Fantastic day out the rainforest is almost like you actually being there
The food hall is amazing, great food most appalling self serve service I've ever used, nice change not to have chips on the menu
If you're going for a concert get there early as concert tickets let you into the gardens too
Awesome iced lattes in the restaurant between the domes
you can use the lift from the core to get back to the visitors centre. This avoids waiting for the land train or walking back up.
Incredible place with amazing plants and an amazing story.
Love this place. Always worth the visit
Amazing, inspiring, fantastic, the as not enough superlatives to describe this place
Awesome feat - from a disused clay mining pit to the 'recreation of Eden' - what commitment and diligence can achieve!!
Amazing place to visit - get here early to make most of your time
Loads of flavours of ice cream in the parlour in the gardens £2.50 single cone
Download the Eden project app to access up to date activities, interactive map and some discounts .
A diverse and fascinating exhibition with exotic plants and sculptures .
Nice try but not worth the 30 pounds per person. It's too expensive . The only somewhat worthy is the rainforest biodome because you go up and you can really feel the heat.
If going when it's a bit chilly outside, make sure to wear something lighter underneath cause it can get quite warm in the rainforest biome .
The Halloween Ball was excellent - and crazy busy!
If you're taking children to see father christmas , make sure you turn up early to complete the treasure hunt.
Incredible collection of the worlds fauna. Impressive that we managed to create such a huge structure . Although going in with a hangover takes the edge off!
Loved the rainforest biodome with the smoothies and tea tasting.
Visiting today with family - for free as we have season tickets! Pay once and get a year for free!
Lots for kids to do. Good family day out.
If it's your first time here, you get 1 free child entry with an adult with the Foursquare offer when you check in (worth £8-50)!
Highly recommended for everyone who's into green environment
Great venue for gigs. Will definitely come back to see a band again
Cheap with Tesco club card vouchers . £7 for each adult. Children under 5 free.
Best bit of the Eden Project. Interesting to see the displays and stuff. Be aware it gets hotter and more humid the deeper/higher you go. - Ricky Revell-Betts
The restaurant is fantastic, can be a bit chaotic when its busy. - James Hartshorn
An amazing display with incredible exhibits. Watch the smaller glass cases carefully as the items inside move at random. - Stephen Crocker
Very interesting sections on food plants and other usual plant uses. - Carl Griffin
Great food that you can see being cooked during the day. Worth turning up early for breakfast! - Marc Coton
Try the Bacon Sandwiches - Made with local fresh bread! - Spiders and Milk
