The property is a little dated, and some of the furniture really needs replacing. But the staff were polite and very helpful.
The staff wasn't as friendly as other Courtyards I've been at in the past. Your best bet is the Residence Inn across the street. They have free breakfast there.
I found the service here to be awful. At least for someone checking in at 10p. Stood in line for over 20 mins while front desk operated at glacial pace.
Most Hamptons I have stayed in have pillow top beds, this one doesn't. They have smoking rooms though and the breakfast is good. - Ray K

Established in 2009, maintains its name in the area. Make reservations early as lots if transient folks. Rooms very clean, excellent customer service and restaurant/bar area are very hospitable. - Preferred Traveler
