Although the staff are great help & do have everything under control when in the room outside the stage I wouldn't recommend going early as it stinks of chips , beer and doughnuts !!

The accommodating event staff . Unusual for a music venue .

Went to see Nicki Minaj here. It was a pretty intimate arena, small compared to others. On the plus it means we were closer to the stage. Arrange a lift. Don't even attempt to get a taxi !

Pointless queuing up early to get to the front as have two separate queues and open up doors at separate times. So people who turned after you at the other queue has a high chance of getting to front

The big drinks are £2.50 but by the time the show starts you'll be sick of holding it, people tip them on the floor. Share a drink with a few straws!

Queue at bar often long. Buy the double pints.

Absolute shambles when it came to queueing. Queued all day to get to the front at blink and then they split the queue into two doors and let the other door open first. Security were assholes too

If you're taller than 5' 8" make sure you get an aisle seat! Bit cramped like!

I saw Ed Sheeran here and it was absolutely epic

You can have a bottle of water but they won't let you keep the lid.....

Good venue for sport or concerts but smell of doughnuts and beer not good (unless u like beer and doughnuts !)

If you go straight to the box office and pay cash you avoid the HEFTY booking fees incurred through paying by card.

The acoustics are terrible. Like listening to music inside of a gigantic biscuit tin.

Went to the UK Wedding Show and it stunk of chips and stale beer . Not the place for wedding shows!

Park over the road . It's called the Arena Car Park but it's not the official one

Whatever you do don't park in the official car park - look behind the discovery museum !
