Food come in hot and the soup is super good, balance to me and the texture of noodles is kinda my favorite! I feel warm after eating this, good choice in winter though. ;)

Hakata style Ramen are the best take on Ramen , from Fukuoka. Shin Shin has the best ones in town . I will be dreaming of these noodles for a long long time.

Well this was a great experience. A great local ramen restaurant . We arrived early in the evening so we didn't wait much. The food is awesome and the staff are always screaming (japanese style )

Come before noon to beat the lunch rush. The shin shin ramen is really good. Thin, chewy noodles and flavorful broth.

Locally famous ramen shop . Was honestly expecting longer lines than we had. The tonkotsu broth is really something special

Probably the best ramen I’ve had in Fukuoka, and that’s saying a lot. A little more pricy compared to other ramen shops around here, but I’d say it’s worth it.

博多ShinShinらーめん 550円 。平日ランチ限定価格で、通常は600円 。歯に挟まるほど細い、0.85mmの超極細ストレート麺 100g。具は小ぶりなチャーシュー 2枚に青ネギ。豚 骨、鶏 ガラ、野菜 ベースのスープ はあっさり ながらコクがあって美味しい。味はもちろん、厨房では手際よく二杯ずつラーメン が作られ、店内は活気があり ながらも刺々しさはなく、丁寧な接客も好印象だった。

焼ラーメン 700円 。ラーメン 同様の極細麺 。具はキャベツ 、もやし、かまぼこが主体で、小さな豚肉 、あさり、イカゲソも入っている。最後に青ネギ。味付けはソース ベース。まさに博多ラーメン で作ったソース 焼きそば といった感じで、焼きも美味しい。接客の丁寧さも相変わらず◎。

2回目の訪問。相変わらず列はあるものの整備もしており、何より回転早いのですぐ呼ばれます（＾_＾）今回は高菜 ラーメン と味玉ラーメン 。どちらも豚 骨になのに優しく食べやすい。次回来たときは、何ラーメン にしようかなという気持ちになります。（＾_＾）憎いね

煮玉子 入りらーめん 750円 。超極細ストレート麺 。薄切りチャーシュー 2枚、煮玉子 、キクラゲ 、青ネギ。煮玉子 は黄身がしっとりと固まっていて、スープ には流れ出ない。複数の素材から取られたあっさり としたスープ 。やはりShin Shinは間違いない。

クセがないのに旨味があるとんこつ ラーメン 、かなり好きです！ 平日のランチタイム11時〜 15時ラーメン 550円 、おにぎり 2個付も替え玉 も120円

ここの麺 は博多ラーメン の中でも細い部類に入る。バリカタが好きな人は粉落としにチャレンして欲しい。美味しいから

有名人もよく来るお店でいたるところにサイン色紙が貼られています。おすすめはやっぱりラーメン ですかね。辛味噌 をトッピング するのもいいと思います。

平日10:45で開店待ちの先客が8人。開店時には20人以上の列に。

注文してわずか30秒しないうちに提供 味は純粋な豚骨ラーメン 。店内を囲む色紙の数が人気を物語る。（＾_＾）粋だね

かなりあっさり めのラーメン 。久留米 ラーメン のこってり感が好きな人には物足りないだろう。

満腹状態で入ったけど美味しかった！空腹時に来て替玉 チャレンジしてみたいくらい。

土曜日はランチセット 無し。チャーハンセット は800円 。

ラーメン もチャーハン もどっちもメイン になるくらい　美味しい！

チャーシュー が他にはないタイプ

細麺 。チャシューめちゃやわらかいです！うまい！

細麺 のため、バリカタがめっちゃ合う。

居酒屋 としても使えるけど長居は申し訳ないw

お手本の様な豚骨ラーメン 。焼き飯はごくごく普通。
