Hotel 's location is perfect. Staff is super friendly and professional. Rooms are spacious . However, there is only one wall socket in the room and bathtubs in the bathrooms is so the 90s.

Been there at their dinner buffet the food quality is average but the taste and the ambiance and variety makes it a bit convenient for its reasonable prices as a buffet in a hotel comparing to others

Rooms are small but very tastefully decorated. Good gym and pool. Perfect for business visits

Good hotel its room is excellent but the internet is so slow and the pressure of water in the shower is low make it difficult to mix water to get warm cool water

Went their for a for a conference ,the meeting area was great, really big room ,a bit of sound issues but has been fixed quickly & then the buffet was on point the food was really delicious well cooked

Nice place to stay, breakfast and dinner are free. Spacious rooms but no electical plugs close to the bed. The only one is underneath the TV .

There are three restaurant options in the building right opposite Novotel as you get out from the entrance. Two of them are Italian, and one is Lebanese (Fairoz Garden ).

Even though its location is in the middle of crowd, yet it is very quite hotel .

I’ve took my kids to the swimming pool it coast me 75 SR per kid for 3 hours, the pool was clean but the facilities not that much , the pool a bit cold

Bad service got ignored when I was talking with one of the workers. Also, I got kicked out of the gym although I was over the age requirement. This is the worst hotel I've been too. Don't recommend.

Internet is terribly slow. Reception needs more staff . We had to wait for mins to be served. The hotel is great but the service is more of a 3 stars than a well established 5 stars hotel .

Room is comfortable but shower is terrible. Water pressure is very weak n there's barely hot water. Such a disappointment for a hotel that claims to be a five stars.

Rooms are average .. even though we experienced some issues with the water leaking out of the bathroom .. lunch looked great till I found a hair stuck on the shrimp ..

The honeymoon suit was really small.. I do not recommend it for those who are getting married.
