Always super long lines . They have like 13 registers in the store, but only three workers. This is why lines are so long. They are short staffed.

Be careful in this downtown Ross store because you might trip over hangers & clothes on the floor. It is so messy! Plus watch out for parents who have no control of their kids.

This place is hell on earth. The lines are insane. The service is insipid.

Thought this might be better than the boise store that I rarely go to. Turns out it's equally as bad. And the customer service was terrible.
