The Fe is a great melting pot of regulars and occassional whack jobs that do a fine job entertaining people watchers . My favorite time to go is any random weekday in the afternoon.
When all of the other bars have closed at 1:15, end your night here. Only bar downtown that doesn't close an hour early!
