Nice hotel and really close to almost everything. At the HUSH parking garage entrance door, don't open the door if someone try to knock on you. If they don't have a key, most likely they are outsiders

Great location and free wifi . Clean and well kept. Ask for an inside room as it's much quieter . Or hope that the busker playing the full drum kit just down the street has an early night!

Ask to stay on the 7th Floor w/a balcony facing the City . You can relax on the balcony and enjoy the view of the city . Don't chose view of the pool. You will be happy looking out at the city .

Awesome location - near gallerys , shopping, dining, theatre , etc. Only minor issue is the water pressure was very low, but the staff was great, too.

Clean rooms , friendly staff , great location. Only downside is the rooms are pretty small but the rest makes up for it.

Great old-school hotel with renovated rooms . Back in the day, this was the Stewart Hotel , and the bathroom was down the hall. They updated to make three rooms into two, with baths for each. Location!

Unlike other tips, we had free Wifi included with our stay. Stay in the remodeled area - simply beautiful and worth the additional cost!

Outdoor pool , free WiFi and very friendly and helpful staff .

Heated outdoor pool is saltwater - especially great because you won't emerge smelling like a gallon of Clorox. It's open year round, too.

Club level rooms are newer and bigger than the older section. Request an inside room as O'Farrell street side rooms can be noisy . Been here 12 times now

The beds and the wifi are good. And the location.

Make sure you hit up the pool... It's heated so don't worry about how warm the weather is!

Incredibly loud and bright outside the windows. It was hard to sleep here, even with the provided ear plugs. Between that and the overall smell, I won't be staying here again.

If you are in town for a conference ; stay at the w unless you like walking.

Rooms small, bathroom super small but staff is lovely and location can't be bear so it all evens out.

get a room facing union square/Macys and enjoy free Wifi from the neighboring Villa Florence instead of paying for the Wifi at the Handlery

Very rude receptionist who literally said "elevator behind you, bye" and never looked at us once after handing us the key cards. Room felt stuffy. Will not recommend to anybody.

Pool closes at 8:00pm! Half the hotel is nice, the other half is old and haunted. Confusing layout but overall decent.

Had a better experience at a com'p hotel in an East Bay City . Not happy @ the hotel in "the city " of San Francisco. Wouldn't recommend staying here. Amenities that should be free aren't! "Bad 4 PR!"

Wi FI ottimo anche in camera e a colazione , stanza pulita, personale gentile e disponibile, buona posizione, molto vintage con arredi originali.

Bien placé mais un peu vieillissant. La moquette dans les couloirs sont des sables mouvants. Les chambres du 5ème sont spacieuses et propres. Bruyante et sombre notre première chambre au 2eme.

Hotel in ottima posizione ma camere datate e bagno pessimo da ristrutturare completamente . Moquette ovunque e ambienti maleodoranti, soprattutto le zone comuni.

Hotel é muito bom e bem localizado! O café da manhã deixa a desejar.
