Very good overview of Omani history. Favorite galleries : the fort room with the model forts and the intangible heritage room which highlights local dances and music .

It's so amazing to see this masterpiece and, how dedicated are those who are working there. They have put their souls into it so we can see Oman as we have never seen before. Great for schools trips.

What a delight to visit such a well considered and well presented museum . The experience could only Have been improved by an on-site cafe .
