This was a highlight for me. INCREDIBLE coffee & pound cake ... such a cool feel & atmosphere. You do not get cafes like this in the US. Smoking cigs, listening to Jazz and beautiful interior .
atmosphere and coffee were great, but ruined by the 2 cockroaches crawling on the tables

河原町 三条で一人でコーヒー 飲むならここでしょ。学生時代からお世話になってます。
あの有名なマスター は18時までだそうです。夜は1Fからコーヒー が届けられます。
マスター が丁寧にいれてくれるコーヒー がいいですね。

It's supposed to be French...but not so much in reality :) Anyway the cakes are good and the beverages are top of the line. Definitely worth it. - Yann Person
