Best Buy is my happy place. I think some of u need to remember that this is a massive chain that brings in low cost electrics and not Disneyland. Try shopping across the boarder in comparison.

We tried to get someone's attention to buy a tablet while 3 guys were helping the one customer. Product was sold out, they told us Langley had it. Turns out the unit was already reserved .

Don't go here unless you have to and you know EXACTLY what you're buying. Staff knows nothing here, can't even read the box to get the right answers. 17 staff members doing nothing, nobody helps you!!
