I've faced a fantastic hospitality in this place. All off the staff extriemly kind, smily and working well . Esspecially pool staff and housekeeping. I've never seen this kind of staff before.

Very good experience, staff are great and very helpful, clean and spacious rooms , very good food..

Attended a seminar with Amcham in Conrad. Friendly staff and the food in the lunch break all tasted good. Don't know if that's an indicator for any thing though!

The rooms are fine and clean , the steam room and sauna (beauty service) are not very pleasing

Never go to excurtions that hotel suggest, especially to felluca; they bring you to the excurtions of their men and felluca they bring is in the shitest side of the nille and very expensive

Un hôtel très plaisant....Une double vue , l'une sur le Nil et l'autre sur la terrasse de l'hôtel magnifique.... le personnel de l'étage exécutif "22" (Lounge ) est très dévoué et sans pareil.👌👌👍

Increíble hotel . Moderno , buen servicio . Increíble la piscina . Con tarjeta vip alucinas a la hora del té. Sala exclusiva donde hay buffet libre de todo. Canapés , bebida... Etc

حراس الفندق شحتتهم جدا مقززه وتخلي الواحد قرفان من الدخول والخروج بس مع الخلييجين الله المستعان بس

الديكورات تحتاج للتجديد، لكنه يحتوي على تابلوهات جميلة وكثيرة في الممرات، قسم الخدمات المكتبية والانترنت والطباعة سيء جدا، أجهزة قديمة تكنولوجيا بطيئة وأسعار مبالغ بها، لم أجرب الأكل
