Get a sweet pancake and a savory one and split between the two of you. The best of both worlds. We had the Ham/Gouda/Mushroom and the Apple/Rum-Soaked-Raisins. The best on the island !!!
Food is great! The mango and chocolate chips was great. Best coffee on the island ! No wait to sit down, but the food can take a while if the kitchen is backed up.
The pancakes were very surprising. I've never liked dishes like this! But here they are cooked superbly and very tasty. I recommend.
My recommendation: keep it simple, a pancake does not need many ingredients. My favorites: pancake bacon and cheese in the savory section, or pancake with apple (add syrup and powder sugar yourself).

They're pretty big pan cakes . Delicious though: try mushrooms , apple and bacon !
The pineapple coconut rum pancakes are the best: comes with a shot glass of coconut rum !

Unbelievably colorful water and a gorgeous little bay. The beach and the water have more rocks than others, but the water is also filled with coral. - Jordan Shotwell
