Great customer service! I walked in upset about a purchase but Jamie fixed my problem. I can't say I was the most pleasant customer to work with, but she smiled through it and made sure I left happy.
Things you can recycle here: plastic bags, CDs/DVDs & cases, rechargeable batteries, ink/toner cartridges, gift cards, wires/cables, remotes and controllers. Convenient drop boxes at front of store.
They'll try and get over on you and up sell bunk equipment. Selection, while being piss poor, is about the best you can do locally... So there's that...
Employees don't know much about tech but a lot of times this store is all you have locally. Definitely check online first!
