Visited this place on February 22, 2022, . This shopping mall is NOT DEAD. Not a graveyard yet. At the ground floor you will find KFC, Tamma muslimah shop, Bataras Superstore , Guardian shop .
Visited Wawasan Plaza on early March 2022 to explore this place. On ground floor got KFC, Guardian shop , bread shop, milky tea shop, waffle shop , popcorn shop, Bataras superstore . Many visitors.
KFC here is good. Less people and less crowded compared to other KFC outlet in KK city

There's a cafe next to Kaison. They serve the best banana fritters and veggie fritters (cucur). You can have mixed rice, too. Better than the food court at the basement. Wonderful and quick services!! - Ibrahim Ismail
