Not at all a 5 star hotel . The only plus is the good wifi and the beautiful garden and ceilings. But not the best place to stay. Hotel staff are not professional. Rooms are small with minimum service

The hotel is beautiful and worth a visit, but service is lacking and at sometimes very rude. It's a shame because it could be an incredible place to stay but instead it is better to just visit for tea

Very beautiful historical building , needs better management. Avoid getting a room by the Amadegan St, terribly noisy , windows aren’t sound proof. Rooms not really comfortable . A 4 star hotel at most.
